Our Mission:
At Locker Room 2 Boardroom, our mission is simple: to organize access between athletes and opportunity.
We exist to ensure that when the game ends — or even before it does — athletes don’t lose proximity to the people, information, and pathways that shape long-term success. We centralize what is often fragmented and build structured bridges between the locker room and the business world.
Why We Exist:
The transition beyond sport isn’t a talent problem — it’s an access problem.
Athletes leave the game with discipline, resilience, leadership, and competitive drive. What often disappears is structure and direct proximity to the professional world. The relationships that once surrounded them shift. The clarity fades. The path feels less defined.
We built Locker Room 2 Boardroom to solve that gap — not by offering programs or packaged services, but by organizing access at scale.
Through a trusted national network of former collegiate and professional athletes operating across industries, we ensure that opportunity is intentional, not accidental.
What We Offer:
-
Structured Proximity
Direct connection to a national network of high-character athletes in business across markets and industries.
Centralized Opportunity
Visibility into conversations, insights, events, and pathways that accelerate growth beyond sport.
Alumni & Employer Activation
Integration between former athletes, current athletes, and the professional world through coordinated engagement.
Infrastructure That Moves With You
A network designed to evolve as your career evolves — not one limited to a single transition moment.
Who We Serve:
Locker Room 2 Boardroom serves:
• Former collegiate and professional athletes building careers and businesses
• Current athletes preparing for life beyond sport
• Athletic departments seeking structured alumni and employer engagement
• Employers aligned with high-performance culture
Whether you’re just leaving the game or leading in your next chapter, this network exists to keep the bridge to opportunity firmly in place.
