Locker Room 2 Boardroom began with a simple idea: former athletes shouldn’t lose access when the game ends. What started as a small networking group quickly revealed something bigger — a clear gap between the locker room and the business world.
We saw that the challenge wasn’t talent. It was proximity. The discipline, leadership, and resilience built in sport were already there. What was missing was organized access to information, relationships, and opportunity.
LR2BR evolved to become that organizing layer — a national network of former collegiate and professional athletes operating across industries. We centralize what is often scattered, connecting athletes to alumni, employers, and real-world opportunity through structured access.
This is not a program. It is infrastructure. And it exists to ensure the bridge beyond sport is already built.

When we started Locker Room 2 Boardroom, it was simply about helping former athletes stay connected. But the conversations quickly revealed something deeper — life after sport does not lack ambition, ability, or work ethic. It often lacks alignment, access, and proximity to the right people at the right time.
We both experienced that transition firsthand. The structure of the locker room disappears, and the business world can feel unstructured, unfamiliar, and transactional. We realized athletes do not need another motivational message — they need trusted relationships, organized access, and people who have walked the path before them.
What began as casual connection has become intentional architecture. Today, LR2BR is a trusted access and integration ecosystem that connects current athletes, former athletes, business leaders, universities, and aligned partners through structured relationships beyond the game.
The strength of LR2BR is not just camaraderie. It is coordination. It is the right people, in the right rooms, for the right reasons — connected through shared experience, trust, and a belief that moving the whole ecosystem forward creates opportunity for everyone.
