Built on Access. Powered by Athletes.
Locker Room 2 Boardroom began with a simple idea: former athletes shouldn’t lose access when the game ends. What started as a small networking group quickly revealed something bigger — a clear gap between the locker room and the business world.
We saw that the challenge wasn’t talent. It was proximity. The discipline, leadership, and resilience built in sport were already there. What was missing was organized access to information, relationships, and opportunity.
LR2BR evolved to become that organizing layer — a national network of former collegiate and professional athletes operating across industries. We centralize what is often scattered, connecting athletes to alumni, employers, and real-world opportunity through structured access.
This is not a program. It is infrastructure. And it exists to ensure the bridge beyond sport is already built.

When we started Locker Room 2 Boardroom, it was simply about staying connected as former athletes. But the conversations quickly revealed something deeper — life after sport doesn’t lack ambition or ability. It often lacks alignment and access.
We both experienced the transition firsthand. The structure of the locker room disappears, and the business world feels unstructured and unfamiliar. We realized that what athletes truly need isn’t another motivational message — it’s organized proximity to people who’ve walked the path before them.
What began as casual connection became intentional architecture. Today, LR2BR functions as a national access network — bringing together former athletes, employers, and athletic departments to create structured bridges beyond the game.
The strength of this network isn’t just camaraderie. It’s coordination. It’s resilient teammates operating across industries, connected through a shared standard and shared experience.
Whether you’re just leaving the game or leading in your next chapter, this is a network designed to move with you — not behind you.
